All surfaces (new and old) should be clean and free from dust, oil, fat, ..etc.
FOR NEW CEMENTITIOUS SURFACES:
– Concrete Sealer
– 2 – 3 coats Perbuild G500
FOR WOOD SURFACES
– Apply the Putty directly on Wood or after adding an Oil undercoat.
FOR OLD SURFACES:
– Use sandpaper, then clean the surface with water and suitable detergent. Make sure the surface is fully dry,
then apply 1 or 2 coats of Perbuild G500

All the new and old substrates should be cleaned properly to make them free from dirt, grease, oil, wax, etc.
FOR NEW SURFACES
– Apply of 1 coat of concrete Sealer
– Apply of 2-3 coats of Perbuild G500
– Apply of 2 coats of Perbuild S99
FOR OLD SURFACES
– After complete removal of loosely held materials, wash the substrate thoroughly with detergent and water.
– Make sure the surface is fully dry and soft then apply • 1-2 Coats of Perbuild S99
CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
– Temperature of surface to be painted should not be lower than 10°C and 3°C above dew point. Appropriate
air temperature and humidity should be observed.
